All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Policy

We offer a piece-to-piece exchange only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Submit a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition.
  4. The video must clearly show any damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Important Requirements

  • The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Damage reported after the package has been opened without video proof cannot be verified and will not qualify for exchange.
  • Products must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchange Approval

After verification of the submitted video and evidence, we will arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above requirements.
